I was doing some market reaserch recently and inorder to lower noice in the lab the woman activiated some computer softwear that took in sound through the mic and then emited a sound of the exact opposite frequency to quieten it. Does anyone know the name of such softwear or a place/ website I could get it? Thanks

i don’t know what she was using, but you can reduce noise with music editing software. you could download audacity and try that out…
