Is there any free software for protecting CD copying?


i’m developing a software which will be sell in market through CD. i want my CD to protect from unauthorized use and copying from CD to CD or HDD. that mean protecting piracy of my software.

    There’s only a few copy protection schemes out there. Probably the best and most used is Macrovision’s SafeDisc technology. You can visit to find out more. If you’re creating a commercial title and will be replicating CD’s (not duplicating as in burning CD-R’s) then you can use a facility that is Macrovision licensed and they can add the SafeDisc or SafeDisc 2 copy protection.
