First the bad news.
You are going to have to come up with your own organization scheme based on your perception of your business.
I say this because any package or scheme you find will reflect someones idea of how things should be organized — and those ideas may not be suitable for your business.
Now for the good news.
Setting up an organization scheme that suits you isn’t that hard. Do you think about the various products you sell as separate lines or do you think along functional lines, e.g. marketing, finance, etc.?
If you think along product lines organize your folders into major sections for each product line and within those sections have folders for each function.
If you think along functional lines the major sections should be aligned with the functions you can think of. Within each section you should have folders for each product line. (From your question I suspect that a functional approach will best reflect the way you think.)
Finally, bear in mind that over time your ideas of what you need will change. As your business evolves you will probably find yourself combining and/or splitting functions and adding and dropping product lines.
Hope this helps
