How a software companies get/bag a order for long term/large scale projects. Is there intelligence software or thru marketing depts if so how it happens ?where how to market the software development services to get a long term contract ?

    I don’t know all the in and outs of this question but my sister sells business software projects… ($1,000,000 for a small order) and she works her but off for them…
