There are 2 software companies that announced an acquisition. I feel this limits the market for such software and would like to file a complaint requesting the FTC to investigate the matter before approving it. Is there a way to do this online? I looked at the FTC’s web site but didn’t find anything.

And you can’t file an online suit against your neighbor for letting his cat crap in your roses yet, either.
What’s wrong with actually filing papers with the court?
