if you want it free, your broker’s is probably the best available.
after that, you try yahoo finance, bigcharts.com, etc.

Don’t waste your time. Would you use a free attorney? How about a free accountant? Are you going to listen to a free management consultant? I thought not. You get what you pay for in charting software - do your homework.

stockcharts.com is great
