I am designing a website where I wish to sell CD-Roms (language CDs) and need someone to help me create a program.
I have lots of creative ideas and have the overall format, but need someone who can create interactive software. I would like my end- product to be comparable to the language programs that are currently on the market- for example, Rossetta, or Berlitz.
Any info would be great.

hiring an company to produce language software with quality similar to Rossetta would be extremely expensive. Easily in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. If your spending that kind of money you don’t want to rely on people from yahoo answers.
