Zillow is used by realtors and mortgage professionals to quickly check the market value of a home. There must be a site that does this for commercial property. Zillow is free. I am looking for the commercial equivalent of Zillow. All I can find is softwares and reports to purchase.

I am a realtor, and need to up my marketing in my area. Instead of paying internet companies to make stuff that I can make better myself, I would like a new program, besides publisher, that I can use. I am just interested in what others use and like.
Thanks for the answer, I guess another question I could ask would be;
Being a Realtor, in this market, what would be the best way of obtaining one of these products (legally of course) the cheapest possible way?
