Can we use a professional Digital CAM as a webcam?


I have a OLYMPUS Camedia C55. 5.1 mp Digital cam. Are there any softwares in the market(free ones pls) which can help me use my digital cam as a webcam? I have heard that there few available in the market. But, i donno where to find them.

    Additionally, your camera should have come with bundled software that provides this capability, as well. Yahoo Messenger and most messenger applications will recognize your camera and use it as your webcam when logged in, so there are many options.
