And, is there a website out there that provides all the info on this subject without a fee. My point is: I want to teach and demonstrate how to paint fine art with Acrylic paints, for a fee, using the Webcam online/internet system. Can anyone outhere help me get started?

Are you talking interactive or video? ‘Cause I don’t think a webcam has enough resolution to make a decent video, especially because of its wide-angle lens.
Great idea though, and good fortune with it. Why not check out the audio-visual department at your local high school or college and see if you can get it done for free for someone’s project?
