how to set up the account ,the kind of softwares i need, and finally, consider the fact that i am in west africa, but i want to be dealing in stocks in the world’s major markets

I’ve got a campaign running and I would like to set up a list to collect e-mails from subscribers and allow me to download it into an excel table of email addresses.

Are there any free / low cost software or (preferably) online list management websites that you can recommend? I’ve tried searching on Google but I’m not sure what search terms to use.

Here’s what I would like to happen:

1) subscribers visit a website to leave their contact details to sign up to my newsletter alerts

2) I visit the website and download the emails of the subscribers into an excel file.

3) I upload the excel contacts into my existing email software to get in touch with my subscribers.
