Marketing Software

Anybody knows what is the best anti viruses program in the market?
I´d like to buy a new software but in the past i used McAfee and Norton also I think that was good but to heavy for my lap.
Actually have been using a free software of my access internet provider but, I feel that it´s not enough.
Please some body advise me with this issue.
I´m from Mexico.

I am designing a website where I wish to sell CD-Roms (language CDs) and need someone to help me create a program.
I have lots of creative ideas and have the overall format, but need someone who can create interactive software. I would like my end- product to be comparable to the language programs that are currently on the market- for example, Rossetta, or Berlitz.
Any info would be great.
