I think there are certain softwares that r not run by macs …we have to ve Windows for that…Is that true?

Mac is now not that xpensive for students …but i think we end paying more after softwares which we want as per our requirement in mac…like Microsoft Office and Win XP…is this rite?

Are Mac Compatible softwares xpensive than the usual Windows compatible software…?

Can I run C++ Softwares like Microsoft Visual basic in mac …?
for programming ?

Do any other Engineering softwares like Maple,Matlab …etc run on macs ? as i am an engineering student…

It seems like every plan out there, whether it’s free or not, is really just passing it on. Some plans include software that can be useful in learning how to market on the internet, But, it seems like we all just keep ‘Passing’ stuff (or nothing) along to the next person. Am I right, or am I missing a piece of this puzzle?

I was thinking of offering some software free-of-charge to small businesses, but was unsure of how to monetize it. What kind of options are out there to capitalize on it other than selling the software outright?

Position the software in hopes of taking up some of the market to get bought out by a larger company? Consult and make custom solutions for clients by and large? Donations?

I have an online shop for baby and toddler apparel. Im in the process of getting it redesigned and I would like to know what the best online markting tools are. Im signed up with adwords. But I was also wandering about tools like instant booster are there any successful tools out there like that , that arent scams? I don’t have a lot of time to invest into markting so I want to know about the best markting tools or software out there? Any suggestions?

I want to lock my audio data in my cds,which is for marketing?

I am planning a dinner party. I have a few friends that do not eat meat. Is it offensive to vegans and vegitarians to be at a dinner party where many of the dishes have meat or meat products? I am serving alot of veggie dishes as well.. I just do not want to offend anyone so that everyone has a good time.
Any thoughts?

But after working a for awhile, i just dont have interest in u know business-ing,marketing,socializing.. I realize that when after i do all the marketing and sales stuff, when it comes to the technical system stuff..i just cant stop doing it.
Im into computer stuff.IT,multimedia. I can make my own website,flash website,i know C and C++ by learning myself.I know how to use numerous programs and softwares.
I know how to build my own pc.

My point is, i want to do something regarding technical stuff but with my degree and my personality, people tend to want me in marketing. By heart i love systems,pc related,troubleshooting.

What job is suitable for me?
Besides going to have to study on IT and Computer science,
is there any other stepping stone for me to go thru so i can be in IT or multimedia?

IS there any tutorial or software to learn the details of shares and stratergies happening in stock market.

I’m looking to rent/lease/buy poker software. Here’s the plan:

I’d like to be able to have a poker network supply me with the tables.

I’ll have my own online website, will do the marketing, bring customers in and the company that supplies the software charges me a percentage of the rake.

My profit would be the leftover rake after the company’s deducted their profit. Since I’m only an affiliate, or a skin for this network, I’d assume they charge no money down, only the rake percentage as it is Poker (player vs. player, not house money as in a Casino) so there’s no risk for the company. Does anybody know of anyone that can offer me this ?

I’ve tried over a dozen web portfolio managers. However, most only track total gains for the initial investment and does not have a way to break out how much my gains are for a specific year. Is there a good tool or software out there in the market either for free or for purchase?
