I am looking for a software + proxy list service (free or NOT) that can do the following:

- Checks entire lists for active proxies
- Indicates which country the proxy is in
- Connects/Configures use of chosen proxy
- Can provide 100+ different proxies daily

So far the best software I have found is Elite Proxy Switcher

But when I go to order this software it indicates that the software will be mailed to me.
Has anyone purchased this software - if so - is it also electronically delivered for instant use?
